Position Overview: 

 

This role will participate as a member of the Sales Data Operations team and have the responsibility of helping Rubrik cleanse and enrich its Salesforce.com CRM data.  In this role you will leverage multiple data sources to review CRM records, identify data quality issues, and correct issues according to Rubrik’s established Data Quality guidelines.  You will proactively provide input to improve data quality and bring additional efficiencies via new and existing processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Account Data Ingestion:
    • Create/run SFDC reports and export data from into Excel for analysis.
    • Verify Lead lists against existing SFDC Accounts and remove duplicates.
    • Review, cleanse, and standardize missing and incorrect data using D&B, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, and web searches.
    • Prepare standardized CSV upload files for SFDC Account creation.
    • Coordinate with the Sales Operations team to ensure newly created Accounts are assigned to Account Executives on a weekly basis.
    • Provide weekly Account creation status reports to the Sales and Marketing Operations teams.
  • Account Data Validation:
    • Review low confidence Lead to Account matches and confirm if the match is appropriate.
    • Manually review unmatched Leads, complete missing fields, and match to existing SFDC Accounts were possible.
    • Create and maintain and record of corrected Lead to Account matches (Lead ID to Account ID) and provide weekly updates to the IT team for action.
    • Proactively provide feedback on low & high confidence Lead to Account matches so IT can improve L2A automation and increase match rates.
    • Periodically review existing SFDC Accounts for low engagement levels and work with Sales Operations to have those Accounts unassigned.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience with Salesforce.com Sales App (Campaigns, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities)
  • Understanding of Lead to Account matching processes
  • Working knowledge of Dun & Bradstreet, Zoominfo, and Linkedin data and web applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel is required)
  • Experience with Validity DemandTools is desirable
  • Working knowledge of Google-Suite applications (Drive, Sheets, Documents, Slides etc)
  • Comfortable working in an ever changing environment with complex processes.
  • Be self-managed, responsive, and able to work in a virtual team environment.
  • Hands on mentality, proactivity, and attention to detail.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams for resolving issues on data discrepancies.
  • This will be second shift working from 3 PM to 12 AM IST time.

Miscellaneous.  The terms of this Agreement will remain in effect with respect to any particular Confidential Information until you can document that such Confidential Information falls into one of the exceptions stated in Section 2 above.  You acknowledge and agree that due to the unique nature of the Confidential Information, any breach of this Agreement would cause irreparable harm to Company for which damages are not an adequate remedy, and that Company shall therefore be entitled to equitable relief in addition to all other remedies available at law.  This Agreement is personal to you, nonassignable by you, governed by the internal laws of the State of California and may be modified or waived only in writing signed by both parties.  If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, such provision will be limited or deleted to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.  The prevailing party in any dispute or legal action regarding the subject matter of this Agreement shall be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees and costs.
